Le Centre culturel franco-manitobain vous invite à soumettre une proposition d’exposition 
en arts visuels pour la période de programmation allant de janvier 2014 à mars 2015.
À noter : L’utilisation du masculin a pour but d’alléger le texte et désigne à la fois les hommes
et les femmes sans discrimination.

Le Centre culturel franco-manitobain abrite une galerie d’art depuis sa construction en 1974. 
Celle-ci occupe 1 550 pieds carrés au rez-de-chaussée de l’édifice, au cœur du lieu public.
Au cours des années, la Galerie du CCFM a présenté plusieurs expositions importantes pour
initier la communauté francophone du Manitoba aux arts visuels. Le Centre culturel
franco-manitobain est présentement à la recherche de soumissions pour des expositions 
en arts visuels, pour la période de programmation allant de janvier 2014 à mars 2015. Tout
artiste professionnel ayant terminé sa formation de base, ayant pratiqué son art pendant
au moins un an depuis la fin de ses études, et ayant à son actif un corps d’œuvres pour 
exposition est invité à déposer sa soumission pour une exposition dans la Galerie.

Skol invite les artistes et autres membres de la communauté artistique à soumettre des propositions pour des projets de courte ou de longue durée, ou encore, des propositions qui donnent continuité à des recherches déjà en cours dans notre programmation. Il s’agit, dans ce cas, de permettre un échange entre différents professionnels de l’art dont les recherches et l’expérimentation pourront activer différents espaces et produire différentes formes autant dans la galerie que hors-les-murs.

Il peut s’agir d’une exposition, d’une intervention, d’un partenariat, d’un projet de commissariat, d’un cours de maître, d’une publication, d’un séminaire ou colloque, de performances, de conférences, d’ateliers de production, de projections ponctuelles ou en série, d’une fouille dans les archives, d’une initiative de financement ou même d’un ensemble de ces formes regroupées dans un projet d’envergure.

Praxis Art Actuel lance son appel de dossiers pour la programmation du Bloc 8. Ce Bloc se tiendra du printemps à l’automne 2014.

Nous invitons les artistes professionnels à proposer des projets innovants qui s’éloignent du cadre habituel d’exposition, s’infiltrent dans l’espace public et s’inspirent des caractéristiques du lieu dans lequel ils se retrouvent afin de le questionner, de l’interpréter, de le modeler et de le transformer.

Les projets peuvent toucher à la fois à des particularités et des caractéristiques géographiques, sociales, économiques ou culturelles de la Ville de Sainte-Thérèse ou de la région des Laurentides.

Les artistes sont ainsi invités à redéfinir des problématiques liées à leur démarche artistique ou approfondir certaines facettes de leur pratique.

The festival is looking for visual artists to exhibit work in this beautiful outdoor setting. Experience this unique outdoor gallery and create something that will inspire, engage, challenge and amuse our festival patrons. When submitting proposals please consider safety, ease of installation and removal, lasting impact on the natural environment, and the ability of the work to withstand sun, wind, rain, and curious patrons/children. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT

CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

Seeking video work for a curated project by Suzanne Carte & Su-Ying Lee (Under New Management) taking place in March 2013 at ODD Gallery at the Klondike Institute of Art and Culture (KIAC) in Dawson City, Yukon. The exhibition will take the form of a video rental store that carries artists’ videos. The project employs the characteristics of the retail environment to connect to the local community while, challenging the gallery’s role as an intermediary that delimits the viewer’s direct access to art. “Customers” are asked to pay what they wish, which can be interpreted as cash, a non-monetary exchange, critique, or no remuneration. This facet is in place as an experimental form of engagement, where artists have the opportunity to receive responses directly from viewers. In turn, the viewer has an uncommon channel to the artist. In addition to payment, rental and return are also on an honour-system basis therefore removing barriers that exist due to membership, deposit, and return policies at commercial ventures.

Background
This is the second iteration of the Under New Management video “rental” store. As part of a larger exhibition/project, the first store took place in Toronto from August 3-14, 2010. This method of disseminating video art to the general public was exceptionally popular during its short run.

Your DVD will be loaned to anyone who wishes to borrow it. Customers will pay whatever they wish and any fee collected for your work will be sent to you. The video will be archived in the Video Store Rental collection for future exhibitions.

Issue Call for Canadian Artists to Enter Competition for the Coveted  2013 Glenfiddich Artist-in-Residence Prize

Glenfiddich and OCAD University are issuing a “Call to Artists” currently living and creating art in Canada to enter the internationally renowned competition for the prestigious 2013 Glenfiddich Artist-in-Residence Prize.

The Canadian winner will be one of only eight artists worldwide to be awarded the art community’s coveted prize to live and work at the Glenfiddich distillery in Dufftown, Scotland. The three-month residency valued at $20,000 per artist represents the Glenfiddich commitment to the arts and the communities it serves.

Now in its 12th year, the Glenfiddich Artist-in-Residence Prize annually attracts over 100 submissions across the country from the visual arts. The prize covers the cost of travel, living expenses and materials throughout the residency. From the submissions, four jury members choose seven finalists and ultimately one winner.

While living in crofts (traditional small Scottish farm houses), artists are encouraged to find inspiration from the unique setting in the Scottish Highlands. The experience provides an opportunity unlike any other for artists to work in an international community, share in a dialogue with other artists and foster cross-disciplinary ideas.

The Glenfiddich Artist-in-Residence Prize has sponsored over 84 artists since its inception in 2002.

the Museum of Arte Útil

The Museum of Arte Útil is a collaboration between the artist Tania Bruguera, the Queens Museum of Art, New York and the Van Abbemuseum, Eindhoven. The Museum of Arte Útil is the result of Tania Bruguera’s decade of research into a concept that emphasizes effectiveness and implementation over representation, looking at historical and contemporary examples of alternative strands in socially informed art practice.

“Útil” as a term refers to something being useful. But it goes further than the English translation, encompassing the idea of a tool or device. Bruguera states that “Arte Útil” moves beyond a propositional format, into one that actively creates, develops and implements new functionalities to benefit society at large.”

The project will comprise research, an online platform, an association of Arte Útil practitioners, a series of public projects, a lab presentation at the Queens Museum of Art beginning in February 2013, culminating in the transformation of the old building of the Van Abbemuseum into the Museum of Arte Útil in the Fall of 2013 and a publication. The aim is to present a survey of past and present projects that are rooted in the notion of art’s use to its users and to society at large. Central to the project’s various forms is this open call.

The notion of what constitutes Arte Útil has been arrived at via a set of criteria that Bruguera and the participating museums’ curators have formulated. These criteria will set the parameters of the project and its working methodology. Arte Útil projects should:

1- Propose new uses for art within society
2- Challenge the field within which it operates (civic, legislative, pedagogical, scientific, economic, etc)
3- Be ‘timing specific,’ responding to current urgencies
4- Be implemented and function in real situations
5- Replace authors with initiators and spectators with users
6- Have practical, beneficial outcomes for its users
7- Pursue sustainability whilst adapting to changing conditions
8- Re-establish aesthetics as a system of transformation

We are inviting the public to submit information on past or ongoing projects that align with these criteria. Submitted projects should meet as many of these criteria as possible. The selected projects will be listed on www.arteutil.net, to be launched in February and will be considered for inclusion in the artist association, the exhibition at the Queens Museum, the Van Abbemuseum, and/or the publication. Projects can be submitted by anyone, from any field, and need not be submitted by the initiators of the project.

Beam Camp, the summer camp for the fine and manual arts, technology and collaboration, today opens its annual international search to find its 2013 Beam Projects. The large-scale collaborative projects are realized by Beam campers, aged 7-17, and staff at the camp’s 106-acre facility in Strafford, New Hampshire.

Projects are budgeted at $10,000. Winning designers receive a $2,500 honorarium and are invited to visit camp during the project’s production.

Proposals can be submitted on the Beam Camp website until Friday, January 11, 2013 with Semi-finalists announced on January 18, 2013. (submission page: http://www.beamcamp.com/project-proposal/).

Beam offers these prompts for proposals:
– Project should be big and ambitious and result in a unique and spectacular product.
– Project Master should have experience in executing the kind of idea proposed.
– Projects should take advantage of Beam’s outdoor space and rural location, but need not be about camp, children or nature.

Beam Camp Co-Director Danny Kahn says of the Project, “it’s a chance for kids to walk around inside the mind of a designer of big things and systems. The kids get to learn project-specific making skills and practice the tools of collaboration, and more importantly see how to bring to life a passionately held and expertly developed idea.”

The Beam Projects for summer 2012 reflected Beam’s core emphasis on cultivating creative thinking and applied collaborative work. In “Creature Quake,” Beam Project 2012.1, landscape architects Rachel Kunreuther and Douglas Stookey’s proposal, Beam campers and staff constructed enormous creatures in earth, sky and lake. In “Navigating Dreams,” Beam Project 2012.2, proposed by Matthew Springett Associates, Beam campers and staff created a night sky of LED constellations controlled and navigated by a boat-machine.

Previous winners include Caitlin Berrigan’s “Macro/Micro Domes,” Steve Gerberich and Nathaniel Lieb’s “Beam Fleet,” Jan Drojarski and Jon Bocksel’s “Jungletopia,” Christine Baumgartner and Manuel Kretzer’s “Float With The Flowers,” the solar-powered film “A Trip to the Sun” by Daniela Kostova and Mike DeSeve, WIgnall & Moore’s “The Stories of Machines That Never Flew” and “The Habitats of Parker Mountain” by pragmatopia and architecture students of the University of Kassel, Germany.

ABOUT BEAM CAMP Beam Camp offers two 4 week summer sessions for kids aged 7-17 in Strafford, New Hampshire. Campers cultivate hands-on skills while exploring innovative thinking, design and the creative process. They swim, hike, play games and enjoy 750 acres of mountain, forests and lakes, while transforming ideas into artifacts and personal achievement into community success.

A l’occasion de la première édition du concours Archi’Court, le CAUE 31 lance un appel à projets pour des créations vidéos autour de l’architecture.

Le concours Archi’Court a pour objectif la valorisation de la culture architecturale, de l’urbanisme et du paysage au travers du regard de jeunes créateurs vidéos.

L’appel à candidature s’adresse à des créateurs de tous bords, cinéphiles, architectes, documentaristes, vidéastes, étudiants, qu’ils soient amateurs ou proféssionnels, désireux d’exprimer l’architecture, l’urbanisme ou le paysage au travers de la vidéo. La création est libre mais doit suivre le fil conducteur d’une thématique donnée.

Nous avons choisi pour cette première édition du projet une thématique large et ouverte, qui invite à la création et où les points de fuite ouvrent une multiplicité de choix.

Les lauréats et les vidéos sélectionnées seront diffusées durant le deuxième semestre 2013 au sein de l’espace vidéo du CMAV ainsi que sur son site internet.

The Rooms Provincial Art Gallery Division supports, along with its partners, a series of Summer Artist-in-Residence programs. The Summer Residencies at Gros Morne National Park and Terra Nova National Park Residencies are two Parks Canada partnered residencies that are open to Canadian and international professional visual artists, working in any media, and whose work reflects or draws on the natural environment:

Landfall Trust, Brigus
The Landfall Trust, a non-profit committee in charge of an historic house in Brigus (the house where Rockwell Kent stayed during WWI) has become a co-sponsor with The Rooms’ Provincial Art Gallery to offer an artist-in-residency program in Brigus, Conception Bay, Newfoundland.  The Brigus committee, as co-sponsor, will be the contact for living at the house and interacting with the community.  The Canada Council for the Arts will be the sponsor for funding the artists’ honoraria.  Provincial/national/international artists can apply for a stay of 3 weeks beginning the end of June and the first 2 weeks of July, 2013.
NOTE: A vehicle is highly desirable.

Yukon Arts Centre Chilkoot Trail – Artist Residency Program 2013
Location: Skagway, Alaska, USA and Whitehorse Yukon Canada

Duration: Summer 2013: Two weeks in either: Late June – early July o Mid July o Late July – early August
Eligibility: This residency is open to Canadian and American visual artists.
Costs: Artists will receive $500.00 USD for reimbursement for travel from Alaska Geographic, support from Klondike Gold Rush NHP in purchasing necessary art supplies and gear up to $200.00 USD and will receive a $1000.00 CAD honorarium from the Yukon Arts Centre.
• Artists will be responsible for providing their own food, hiking/camping equipment and working materials and for their travel arrangements.
• Artists will be responsible for obtaining valid passports and the required international work permits and/or visas and are strongly advised to purchase extended health insurance. (Requirement for US temporary work visa.)
Description:
Together, the Yukon Arts Centre, Parks Canada and the US National Park Service are seeking submissions for three visual artists – one from Canada, one from the United States and one regional (Yukon or Alaskan residents) to participate in an international creative journey within the Klondike Gold Rush National Historic Park, Alaska and the Chilkoot Trail National Historic Site, British Columbia.
This international residency entails a journey on foot, starting from Dyea in Alaska and ending at Bennett Lake in British Columbia. Artists will follow the infamous Chilkoot Trail “once trod by Tlingit First Nation traders and Klondike Gold Rush stampeders.” Over two weeks, artists will hike over the pass, taking their time to interact with other hikers, and soak in the natural and historic beauty of the trail.
Summary:
Artists will hike the entire Chilkoot Trail during a two week backpacking trip, spending several days at multiple locations. Each artist will be required to provide and carry all of their backpacking gear, food and art supplies for the journey (though food caches along the way will likely be available, provided artists arrange delivery in time for May flights). In order to facilitate the trip each artist may be accompanied by one support person (friend or family) to help share the load and enhance safety while traveling, camping and working in bear country. Artists will receive $500.00 USD for reimbursement for travel from Alaska Geographic, support from Klondike Gold Rush NHP in purchasing necessary art supplies and gear up to $200.00 USD and will receive a $1000.00 CAD honorarium from the Yukon Arts Centre.
This residency is open to Canadian and American visual artists.

Institute for Electronic Arts (IEA) is currently accepting applications for one week, New York State artist residencies for ‪traditional and digital print‬ projects.

The IEA’s Experimental Project Residency Program will support an artist with a one week residency, $1200 stipend, travel, lodging, technology access, materials and technical assistance. Artists have access to a combination of historical, contemporary and emerging media arts tools and materials that they would ordinarily not have available.
Artists will also have access to state of the art digital arts facilities. Access will include a digital large-format printing facility, and facilities for the production of laser etching/cutting, stone lithography, photo etching, wood block, and silk-screen printing. We have recently upgraded all of our large Epson printers, added a 60” wide Epson 11880 printer, and silk-screen facilities. The resident artists have 24 hour dedicated access to the IEA studio and equipment. The artists also have access to the various exhibition space and technologies. The IEA research associate will work with the resident artist. Additional technical staff and faculty are also available for consultation.
The IEA lab has 4 Mac Intel Quad workstations, with a large range of software including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Max/MSP/Jitter, and Flash, among others. Artist have access to a high density Cannon EOS 5d mkII single lens reflex still cameras, a Scitex/Creo Eversmart Pro 8200ppi resolution large bed scanner, an Iris Printer capable of printing on a variety of papers up to 46×34”, and other print production technologies. We have been working with artists using On Demand Printing for artist books. We hope to add a new Laser cutter capable of cutting/etching metal, wood, and paper up to sizes of 24×48”.

Call for Applications, The Arctic Circle 2013 (Deadline: Jan. 15th, 2013)

In 2013, The Arctic Circle program embarks on two high Arctic expeditions aboard an
ice-class expedition sailing vessel. International artists of all disciplines, architects,
scientists and educators alike are invited to apply.
The Arctic Circle 2013 programming takes place in the international territory of Svalbard,
a mountainous Arctic archipelago just 10 degrees from the North Pole. Each expedition
provides the opportunity for artists and innovators to pursue their personal projects on
board while exploring collaborations with the expedition’s fellow participants.
Our vessel and home during our time in the remote Arctic, a traditionally rigged
Barquentine, is equipped with workspace, common areas, and ample room for privacy
and creativity.

2013 residency on Andrea Zittel’s Indy Island

The Indianapolis Museum of Art is issuing a call for proposals for a six-week summer 2013 residency on Andrea Zittel’s Indy Island within the IMA’s 100 Acres: The Virginia B. Fairbanks Art and Nature Park. Graduate and undergraduate students and professionals in the fields of art, design, architecture and performing arts are encouraged to apply to customize and reside on Indy Island.

Anchored in the 35-acre lake within 100 Acres, Indy Island is a habitable, “off-the-grid” structure accessible by rowboat. At about 20 feet in diameter, the island serves as an experimental living structure that examines our daily needs. Residents collaborate with Zittel by adapting and modifying the island’s structure according to their individual needs. 

Despite Indy Island’s inherent limitations, the structure and residency are relatively open-ended.

The aims of past projects were diverse, including:
• In 2010, Herron School of Art and Design (Indianapolis) students Jessica Dunn and Michael Runge activated the installation through a series of visitor interactions based on a system of exchange with their project titled Give and Take.
• The 2011 island resident was Katherine Ball, a student of Portland State University’s Art + Social Practice MFA program (Portland, Oregon). Over the course of her residency, titled No Swimming, Ball initiated a series of ecologically remedial interventions in the Park’s lake and engaged a local audience through a series of public programs centered on the topic of water.
• For his 2012 residency titled INDIGENOUS: Into the Wild with A. Bitterman, Kansas City-based artist A. Bitterman created a series of sculptural interventions throughout the Park that prompted visitors to question their relationship with “the wild.” To further this inquiry, Bitterman acted as an element of nature himself, and relied on visitors for food and refrained from verbal communication.

It’s important that the 2013 residency addresses concerns not previously explored. There must be a strong rationalization for why the proposed project must take place on Indy Island. Proposals that don’t specifically relate to the island or 100 Acres will not be considered.

Henry Moore Institute, Research Fellowships – Leeds, UK (Deadline: Jan 14th, 2013)

The Henry Moore Institute invites applications for the following fellowship programmes:
Research Fellowships are intended for artists, scholars and curators, working on historic and contemporary sculpture using the Institute’s library, archive of sculptors’ papers and the collection of Leeds Art Gallery. Up to 4 fellows will be given the opportunity to spend a month in Leeds to develop their own research. With access to our resources and an on-going dialogue with the Institute staff, fellows are free to pursue their own interests in a supportive and stimulating environment.

Senior Fellowships are intended to give established scholars (working on any aspect of sculpture) time and space to develop a research project free from their usual work commitments. Up to 2 senior fellowships, for periods of between 4 to 6 weeks will be offered.

Both fellowships provide accommodation, travel expenses and a per diem. The Institute offers the possibility of presenting finished research in published form, as a seminar, or as a small exhibition. The fellowships are an integral part of the research programme, presenting fresh perspectives on the Institute’s collections, opening up new collaborative possibilities and furthering research into sculpture.

Atelier Topaz – résidence
Opasatika, Ontario, Canada
Le lieu
Situés au cœur de la forêt boréale, les Ateliers Topaz sont à la fois un lieu de retraite et un centre de création pour artistes, toutes disciplines confondues. L’endroit parfait pour la réflexion, l’évasion. Le groupement d’édifices fait 900 mètres carrés et repose sur 14 hectares face à la route Transcanadienne. Il donne sur un étang de deux hectares. Topaz c’est la « Route 66 » dans le nord de l’Ontario. L’endroit, modeste et nostalgique, rappelle aussi les grandes épopées de la colonisation francophone de l’Ontario. Ces studios de création ou cette résidence d’artistes, endroit idéal pour les arts visuels, sont situés au centre du Canada, à mi-chemin entre l’Atlantique et le Pacifique, là où les étoiles deviennent les topazes de la nuit.
Ce qu’on offre
D’abord l’espace et, l’espace de travail déterminés selon les besoins de l’artiste. Les espaces polyvalents permettent d’y faire de la peinture, de la sculpture, de l’installation, etc. L’atelier de menuiserie, le Bar à clou, est équipé des outils de base. Un magasin d’objets trouvés est disponible autant pour l’inspiration que pour l’utilisation dans une œuvre. Le peintre apporte ses pinceaux, le musicien son instrument et l’écrivain son ordi.

Les personnes qui séjournent aux Ateliers Topaz jouissent de l’accès à la cuisine et sont responsables de préparer leurs repas. Toutefois Laurent peut aussi leur cuisiner de petits plats typiquement canadiens-français aux besoins ou aux désirs. 

Topaz possède deux suites avec lit double et une chambre avec lit simple. Chacune possède sa salle de toilette avec douche. Ces installations évoquent admirablement le style des années 1960. 

Pour la baignade, le Lac des Cœurs se situe à deux kilomètres à l’est. Pour le canotage ou la pèche, la rivière Opasatika est deux kilomètres à l’ouest. Pour se déplacer, il y a de vieux vélos ou la marche. Pour un frais très raisonnable, votre hôte peut aussi vous conduire ou organiser un déplacement vers Kapuskasing à l’est ou vers Hearst à l’ouest. 

Les matériaux d’artistes ne sont pas disponibles dans la région. Il est donc important de faire vos achats avant votre séjour, à moins que vous travailliez avec des matériaux que l’on peut se procurer dans des magasins ordinaires ou même en nature.

The Helen M. Salzberg Artist in Residence Program funds two working residencies for artists each academic year at the Jaffe Center for Book Arts, in the fall and spring semesters. Poet and artist Helen M. Salzberg established the Salzberg AIR Program in 2011. Income from this endowed fund enables artists working in the book arts to come to the Jaffe Center on a semester basis to work and teach at the center. While here, the artist will produce a creative project using JCBA studios and also teach a workshop for FAU students and the general public and mentor FAU students as his or her schedule allows. The Salzberg AIR Program gives our students the opportunity to work alongside highly talented and creative book artists.

Two residencies will be awarded each academic year: one in the fall semester and one in the spring semester. The Artist in Residence (AIR) selected each semester will get his or her own office at JCBA and full use of the JCBA studios (papermaking, letterpress and book studios). The artist’s residency will last for 12 weeks, though shorter or longer residencies may be accommodated as needed. In the application process, if an artist has a particularly ambitious creative project in mind, the artist may apply for a residency that would encompass two semesters. Should the two-semester residency be awarded in this case, the artist would be expected to teach one workshop in each semester.

The AIR receives a stipend of $5,000 for the semester. The artist is responsible for transportation, housing, parking, meals and materials for his or her creative project. JCBA will provide materials for workshops.

APPLICATION
Artists who wish to compete for consideration for this prestigious opportunity must submit their application and support materials for review by a JCBA panel comprised of book artists and book arts enthusiasts. Your application packet must be submitted via post or delivered in person to JCBA and should include the following:
1. Completed application, or suitable cover letter that supplies the same information requested on the application.
2. Brief narrative of the creative project you envision.
3. Brief narrative of the workshop you would like to teach.
4. Current resume.
5. Any support materials you care to include: we welcome images of your work, sketches for the creative project, video… be creative and have fun.

All applications will be weighed equally by our panel.

Brucebo Scholarships for Canadian Artists, Gotland, Sweden (Deadline: Jan.31st, 2013)

To commemorate the very special Swedish-Canadian link of Caroline and William’s marriage and artistic life, two Fine Art Scholarships for Canadians were established: the Brucebo Fine Art Summer Scholarship and the William Blair Bruce European Fine Art Travel Scholarship.

The Brucebo Summer Residency Scholarship provides funding for a three-month’s work stay at the Brucebo studio cottage, at Sjalso fishing village, 7 km. North of the Hanseatic and medieval City of Visby. The scholarship covers transport expenses, Canada-Visby/Gotland (return), free use of the studio cottage, plus a food stipend. The total value of the scholarship amounts to SEK 30,000 (plus)

The William Blair Bruce Travel Scholarship finances a systematic Fine Art European reserach/travel grant, to be undertaken either during the fall or winter. The scholarship can be part of a fine art related research project or of a thematic fine art study tour to various countries. Scholarship amount SEK 30,000 (Plus).

As of Fall 2002 the scholarship program is administered by the Concordia University Faculty of Fine Art, Associate Dean’s Office, Montréal.

The Metro Art in Transit Program works with communities surrounding Metro transit facilities to integrate artwork that promotes transit use, enhances travel by Metro, and highlights the cultural vitality of the National Capital region.

Art in Transit is seeking artists, with public art experience, to create site-specific artwork for six future Silver Line Metrorail stations and to create a light-integrated work of art for the future Metro Transit Police District II Substation and Training Facility. This Call to Artists is open to all artists with site-specific public art experience.

The maximum budget for each Silver Line Station is $250,000 (USD).

The maximum budget for the Substation and Training Facility is $100,000 (USD).

A panel of art and design professionals and community representatives will review portfolio submissions, and select three finalists to develop a site-specific proposal for each location. Finalists will be given a detailed overview of their assigned station and receive a $1,500 design fee to create a site-specific artwork proposal. The panel will review finalist proposals and select one proposal for each of the seven sites.

Mailed submissions must be postmarked by February 15, 2013.
