The Association des groupes en arts visuels francophones (Association of Francophone Visual Arts Groups - AGAVF) is an umbrella organisation made up of francophone artists' associations and art centers from across Canada. In 2000 and 2001, the Association organised a pan-Canadian artists' exchange residency project that gave 35 francophone artists the opportunity to work and present in various areas of the country.

For 2003, the Association opted to hold the artists' residency project in one location - Winnipeg, Manitoba. Eleven artists from across Canada join three Manitoba artists in a two week residency project titled PARALLAXE.

Participating art centers include: Centre de production d’estampe Imago (Moncton, New Brunswick), Galerie Sans Nom (Moncton, New Brunswick), Écart…lieu d’art actuel (Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec), Centre de production DAÏMÕN (Gatineau, Quebec), Galerie du Nouvel-Ontario (Sudbury, Ontario) and Maison des artistes (St. Boniface, Manitoba).
