Le conte est l’un des fils conducteurs de l’histoire de l’humanité. Traditionnellement transmis au moyen de mots, d’images et de sons et, bien que souvent perçu comme une forme de divertissement ou d’éducation, le conte contribue aussi à la préservation de nombreuses cultures à travers le monde, malgré les avancées fulgurantes de la mondialisation et de l’assimilation. Aujourd’hui, les artistes visuels racontent des récits et des narrations en utilisant une panoplie de techniques variées. Ces médiums sont infinis : dessin, peinture, impression, publication, performance, film, vidéo, nouveaux médias et, de plus en plus, les arts interdisciplinaires et pluridisciplinaires. Cette édition du Symposium donnera lieu à une convergence d’artistes contemporains, de conteurs et de plus de 20 000 visiteurs. Ensemble, ils affirmeront l’influence durable du conte sur de nombreuses générations d’artistes évoluant dans les milieux des arts visuels, des arts médiatiques et de la performance au Canada et à l’étranger.
Dans la région de Charlevoix, au sein des communautés autochtones et francophones, le conte s’est épanoui et sa pratique est encore très répandue aujourd’hui. Il en résulte un thème qui est à la fois spécifique au plan régional et significatif au plan international. La tradition du conte, au Québec et au sein des cultures autochtones du continent, a influé sur toutes les formes d’arts visuels au Canada et elle a largement marqué l’art performatif et l’art interdisciplinaire. Le conte est une tradition universelle et attrayant : il rassemble des personnes venues entendre, voir et ressentir, dans un contexte communautaire, des récits anciens, inédits ou fantaisistes, des mythes ou des leçons de morale. Les conteurs, voilà certes un thème évocateur pour un symposium d’art contemporain qui s’efforce constamment d’instaurer une interaction exceptionnelle entre l’artiste et le visiteur.
Qu’ils soient émergents, à mi-carrière ou bien établis, les douze artistes canadiens et étrangers invités à cette édition du Symposium partageront tous un intérêt marqué pour le concept du conte à travers les arts visuels et la performance artistique. Les artistes qui s’expriment dans une autre langue seront invités à travailler avec des interprètes professionnels sur place afin de réaliser leurs premières oeuvres en français. Ainsi, ils favoriseront l’échange interculturel et leurs oeuvres d’art viendront s’ajouter à la collection du Musée d’art contemporain de Baie-Saint-Paul. Les artistes du Symposium seront encouragés à collaborer avec les conteurs et les artistes régionaux afin d’élaborer et de réaliser de nouvelles oeuvres d’art. Il en résultera un événement international emblématique de la région.

Le Musée d’art contemporain de Baie-Saint-Paul est désigné comme étant l’organisme qui gère l’événement nommé Symposium international d’art contemporain de Baie-Saint-Paul.

Eyelevel Galley Main Space Exhibitions

Deadline: October 31st, 2010

Eyelevel Gallery is seeking proposals for the 2011-2012 exhibition season in our main gallery space. We are interested in progressive forward-looking practices; the fruition of innovative ideas; inventive approaches to artistic production; and work based on an articulate theoretical and/or critical and/or poetic thesis. We encourage and facilitate the presentation of artists and artworks that have not been exhibited in this locale. We are enthusiastic about artists’ most recent endeavors and art forms that propel contemporary production and incite conversation.

Eyelevel Gallery accepts proposals on an ongoing basis. Proposals are reviewed by a peer committee once a year and reviews for the upcoming programming year will be accepted until October 31, 2010. Eyelevel Gallery pays fees that meet CAR/FAC guidelines. Special projects may have other deadlines throughout the year. These will be updated on the website.

-10-20 images or audio/visual samples on CD-Rom or DVD (please edit appropriately for viewing). Please note we will not review slides.

The Alternator accepts exhibition proposals from artists and curators. Selections are based on:
•  Compatibility with the Alternator’s mandate
•  Quality of the proposal
•  Quality of work submitted by the artist
•  Availability of space

SUBMISSIONS ARE REVIEWED ON AN ONGOING BASIS. CAR/FAC fees are paid. Submissions from both individual artists and groups will be considered with an emphasis on an experimental approach.

In 2011/2012 the Alternator is inviting exhibiting artists to create an extension of their work for public space. Please include a short proposal for this secondary component along with your submission. For example this might include a banner, posters, public performance or outdoor projection. A separate production fee will be paid.

Please include all of the following when submitting your proposal:
•  A brief description (maximum 300 words) clearly outlining the exhibition you are proposing
•  Artist statement – maximum 500 words
•  Curriculum vitae
•  15-20 images with name and title. Video artists may submit a video no longer than 5 minutes

Call for Proposals: Aboriginal Curators- Canada Council’s
Assistance to Aboriginal Curators for Residencies in the Visual
Arts.

DEADLINE: Wednesday, December 15, 2010.

Since 1976, the Thunder Bay Art Gallery has served the needs
of Northwestern Ontario artists and art audiences while providing
an important link to other museums and galleries. The Gallery
has a long history and commitment to the research, exhibition,
and promotion of Aboriginal art in Canada. Our permanent
collection includes works by notable artists such as Greg Staats,
Norval Morrisseau, Shelly Niro, Carl Beam, Daphne Odjig,
Patricia Deadman, Rebecca Belmore, Alex Janvier, Mary Ann
Barkhouse, and Roy Thomas amongst many others. The
foundation of our programming mandate is:
To build a collection of art focused on the work of contemporary
Canadian Aboriginal artists and the most innovative work of
Northwestern Ontario artists.
To present exhibitions of artistic and educational value to
enhance the visual arts experience of the people of
Northwestern Ontario;
To support and effect the development of contemporary
Canadian artists by organizing exhibitions of work by emerging
and/or established artists with a particular focus on (but not
limited to) contemporary Aboriginal artists and artists from
Northwestern Ontario

The Thunder Bay Art Gallery is currently soliciting proposals from
First Nations, Inuit and Métis Curators for the Canada Council’s
Assistance to Aboriginal Curators for Residencies in the Visual
Arts program. The Thunder Bay Art Gallery will select one
proposal to collaboratively submit to the Canada Council.

Pending Canada Council support, the awarded residency will
begin from July 2011 through to June 2013. The resident
Curator will work closely with gallery staff and be responsible for,
but not limited to:

· Curatorial research, writing, overseeing the development
and organization of at least one original exhibition at the gallery.
· Assisting with the organization of on-going gallery
exhibitions, outreach and education programs.
· Conducting research and developing programs and/or
projects that involve the permanent collection.
· Working approximately 35 hours per week at the Gallery.

Applications to the Thunder Bay Art Gallery must include:

1) A curatorial statement (2 pages)
2) Project proposal, outlining the proposed exhibitions and
activities of the residency. Applicants must also describe the
focus of the residency (4 pages)
3) Curriculum Vitae (3 pages maximum)
4) 2 Writing Samples
5) 2 Letters of Reference

Thunder Bay Art Gallery proposal deadline is December 15,
2010.
The Canada Council grant deadline is February 1, 2011.

The applicant selected by the Thunder Bay Art Gallery for the
Canada Council Residency Program will work closely with the
Gallery to expand and develop the proposal for the February 1,
2011 deadline.

Transmission Commission Collective (Toronto, ON): Call to Visual Artists, Deadline December 20
The Transmission Commission Collective (TCC) seeks submissions for Rare & Raw, a curated exhibition exploring queer representation, historical visual culture and contemporary art production. The TCC invites proposals that investigate notions of queer knowledge, history and intergenerational pedagogy.

Queer communities are experiencing an overwhelming gap between older and younger generations—due to technology and generational lifestyles as well as the many lives decimated by AIDS. The past remains integral to queer epistemology and representation. The intention of Rare & Raw is to promote dialogue that is invested in queer history and artistic production.

How has history shaped current discourse of queer representation and visual culture?
What is the role of accessibility in queer history and contemporary art practices?
How have notions of the archive informed contemporary queer art?

The Transmission Commission Collective (TCC) is accepting proposals for film and video; painting and drawing; photography; installation; multi-media.

The artist in residence is an invited position in the Faculty of Arts, housed with the graduate program in humanities. In this position, the artist in residence works with the students and faculty of Memorial’s Faculty of Arts in a variety of capacities.  The artist in residence is encouraged to speak to and collaborate with classes on a variety of relevant topics, topics such as performativity, the relation between image and text, digital versus analog communication, beauty and ugliness, the nature of representation or art and global cultures. In this capacity, the artist in residence is encouraged to develop projects which engage or collaborate with the people and disciplines in the Faculty of Arts. Projects, which explore and investigate key issues, practices, concepts and methods of analysis in the Faculty of Arts, are particularly encouraged.

The position runs for the Winter 2011 term, January 6 through April 6, 2011. Candidates for the position of artist in residence must be willing to hold office hours approximately four hours per week. Candidates must also be wiling to speak to classes in the humanities and other departments within the Faculty of Arts. The position of artist in residence is sponsored by the Faculty of Arts and housed in the Humanities Graduate Program.  The position of artist in residence is offered by invitation of the Dean of Arts office. 10th Niagara Indie Filmfest call for submissions.

Niagara’s national short film and video festival is now accepting entries
for inclusion in the 10th festival to be held June 24th-25th in the David
S. Howes Theatre at Brock University, St. Catharines.

Since its inception the Niagara Indie Filmfest has distributed over
$33,000.00 to up and coming Canadian film and video makers. The
majority of films shown at NIFF have been world premieres, providing much
needed screen time to emerging artists.

Submissions will be accepted in five categories: Drama, Documentary,
Comedy, Animation and Experimental. Entries must be no longer than 30
minutes (including credits) and have been produced between May 6, 2009 and
May 6, 2011.

Both independent and student entries are welcome and will be
adjudicated separately. Cash prizes will be awarded at the
festival in June.

Exciting plans are in the works for the 2011 festival and include a
retrospective, great workshops, and the introduction of a new award for
“Best Local Film”

The Mount Seymour Seniors Residence is an exciting project being
developed by Pacific Arbour. The site is located at the 3200 Block Mount
Seymour Parkway in North Vancouver, across from the Parkgate Village
Center. This is the first project in the Eastern District to address the
needs of seniors who are active and competent but not without age
related mobility challenges that limit their ability to live healthy,
fulfilling lives.
The architecture, landscape design and surrounding natural
environment invite artistic expression. The chosen artist will be given
as much creative licence as possible to develop a theme that reflects
the neighbourhood context, history and folklore while respecting the
site limitations and use. The artist will conduct their own research of
the community in developing a proposal for an art piece that will have
significance to the community and do so with a theme that has layers of
meaning that will give the piece longevity. The rational for the piece
will be derived from its context both in place and time.

The Hospital Club in the heart of Covent Garden, has developed a reputation for being a playground for the creative industries, a place to experiment and create new work or simply kick back and have fun. The Club is once again throwing open its doors to a new batch of creative talent, eager to learn new skills and experiment, making use of the Club’s enviable facilities.
The Creatives in Residence programme supports a talented group of emerging creatives over the course of a year, actively contributing to their career progression and personal development. It sees individuals from the worlds of film, dance, music, fashion, digital art, theatre & opera, architecture, design and visual arts teamed up with industry experts from the same creative field and offering support in all areas of their chosen career.
This unique programme, launched in 2009, capitalises on The Hospital Club’s position at the heart of London’s creative community and its extensive and collaborative network of members both of the Covent Garden club and of the on-line club (http://www.thehospitalclub.com/). The scheme stands out because as well as mentoring and coaching, each individual has access to leading industry figures across the full breadth of specialism, from publicists, management and A&R people, to lawyers, media and other artists within the field. In addition, the club also commission, help produce and showcase the work of each of the Residents, by offering them free access to the club’s facilities as well as support from the club’s expert team of staff. Facilities at The Hospital Club include state of the art music and television production studios, an art gallery and a cinema.
Previous Residents have gone on to great things within the creative industries including fashion designer and stylist, Nova Dando, who has worked with some of the world’s leading musicians including La Roux and The Gossip. Fashion designer Dean Quinn came to the programme having previously won ‘Womenswear Designer of the Year’ at Central St Martin’s; he has since gone on to work as a designer for Versace.

Call for Video Art Entries – SanctionedArray
The Guggenheim Museum’s and YouTube’s video biennial, Play  Deadline: October 20th, 2010
SanctionedArray is an online database of video art conceived in response to the restrictions of artists’ submissions to The Guggenheim Museum’s and YouTube’s video biennial, Play (www.youtube.com/play). Artists’ submissions to Play are limited by OFAC sanctions (www.ustreas.gov/offices/enforcement/ofac/programs/) – citizens or residents of Belarus , Cote d’Ivoire , Congo , Cuba , Iran , Iraq , Lebanon , North Korea , Somalia , Sudan , Syria , Myanmar/Burma, and Zimbabwe are not eligible to submit their work. We maintain that the application of these OFAC sanctions to virtual transmissions of video art perpetuates the conditions that led to the imposition of these sanctions; and we invite those who wish to protest the continuity of such restrictions – artists of any origin, including those from the sanctioned countries – to submit their work to SanctionedArray.
We hope to showcase the most notable and varied video works from creators anywhere. Submission of virtual entries to SanctionedArray, follow online video formats proposed by YouTube and The Guggenheim, with the exception of item 1.d. under Eligibility (www.sites.google.com/site/ytplayterms/all). A large number of invited art professionals shall serve as jurors in SanctionedArray by rating the online entries in a process and open source code created and generously provided to us by apexart (http://www.apexart.org/). One hundred videos will be selected from the online entries to be showcased online. The selection criteria are not predetermined in the call for submissions, and will be calibrated by the jurors in the process of selection.
SanctionedArray’s selected video entries shall also be launched at the screening event on October 25th and 26th, 2010 at WHITE BOX in New York City. This event shall coincide with the Play biennial at The Guggenheim New York, extending representation of video entries considered not eligible by Origin, by YouTube and The Guggenheim, and “challenging a status quo,” as proposed by Nancy Spector, Deputy Director and Chief Curator, The Guggenheim Museum.
A roundtable on October 26, 2010 starting 7 PM, with esteemed artists, curators, and legal experts will provide an opportunity to discuss terms, conditions, and consequences of both Play and SanctionedArray.

Le Festival Belluard Bollwerk International et le Pour-cent culturel Migros recherchent des projets artistiques qui traitent de l’espoir.   Dans cette deuxième décennie du 21e siècle, la question de l’espoir semble occuper une place centrale sur la scène politique et culturelle. Bien qu’elle soit la plupart du temps une stratégie rhétorique pour rassembler les masses sur des questions écologiques, de globalisation ou encore de terreur politique, une approche contemporaine de l’espoir peut s’avérer utile dans la construction d’une perspective différente sur nos attitudes sociales et artistiques.  Aujourd’hui, l’espoir n’est plus la projection d’une sorte d’utopie éloignée ou d’un avenir lointain. Nous ne croyons plus aux grandes idéologies, depuis qu’il nous semble avoir été littéralement absorbés par les rêveries globalisantes du capitalisme. Plutôt que de rêver à une révolution sanglante, l’espoir se place aujourd’hui dans un présent éternel: dans chaque situation, chaque relation, chaque choix éthique.  En d’autres mots : l’espoir est une conception nouvelle de l’espace et des relations, c’est permettre au changement d’arriver, même petit, dans n’importe quelle direction. Un geste d’espoir est celui qui modifie la situation: entre toi et moi, entre moi et mon environnement, et en même temps nous change tous les deux.

Le Festival Belluard Bollwerk International et le Pour-cent culturel Migros recherchent des projets qui pourraient mettre l’espoir en mouvement, en forme d’installations expérimentales, en travail performatif, en pratiques stimulantes ou en invitations attrayantes pour la ville et ses habitants.  Espoir comme invention; comme mouvement; comme changement; comme chorégraphie; comme rêve de jour; comme potentiel; comme révolution; comme hospitalité; comme action; …  L’appel est ouvert aux artistes ainsi qu’aux spécialistes d’autres domaines, aux habitants de la ville de Fribourg et d’ailleurs, aux individus et aux groupes.  Les projets sélectionnés seront réalisés dans le cadre du Belluard Festival 2011.  Les projets peuvent avoir lieu sur une des scènes du festival, dans un autre site de Fribourg ou dans l’espace public.  Les projets seront sélectionnés par un jury constitué de praticiens issus des différents domaines des arts et d’experts d’autres champs.  Les projets sélectionnés seront ensuite développés durant une résidence à Fribourg, en collaboration avec des spécialistes issus de différents champs professionnels.

Call for entries: VIDA 13.0
At a time when the notion of life is once again located in an uncertain domain, a wide range of artistic initiatives come together to illustrate and investigate this phenomenon; they examine the impact on the collective conscience and the way it is manifested in cultural, technological and social thought.
Over the last decade, in the same formal space, VIDA has been bringing together inter-disciplinary projects that respond to this situation. By means of formal strategies that defy the boundaries between existing practices, these projects offer new ways of reflecting on what we understand by life and artificial life.
Fundación Telefónica announces the VIDA 13.0 Art & Artificial Life International Competition, which for the last twelve years has awarded prizes for artistic projects using technological mediums offering innovative approaches to research into artificial life.
The projects may be based on systems which emulate, imitate or speculate on the notion of life through current research and technology. These systems may involve attributes of agency and autonomy which display specific behaviour, are dynamic, react to their surroundings and evolve, and which question the frontiers between what is alive and what is not, between synthetic and organic life.
As in previous years there are two categories to the competition:
FINISHED PROJECTS
In this category VIDA 13.0 will award prizes to artistic ALife projects developed after 2008. The sum of 40,000 Euros will be shared between the projects selected by the jury: First Prize: 18,000 Euros, Second Prize: 14,000 Euros, and Third Prize: 8,000 Euros. In addition seven honourable mentions will be awarded.
ARTISTIC PRODUCTION INCENTIVES IN IBEROAMERICA, SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
In this category VIDA 13.0 helps to fund artistic ALife projects that have not yet been produced. This is aimed at citizens or residents of countries comprising Latin America, Spain and Portugal. The sum of 40,000 Euros will be shared between the selected projects.
The winning projects will be subsequently exhibited at the VIDA Gallery,

Call for Performance Projects
dreams of rivers – dreams of cities
stromereien Peformance Festival Zurich offers current trends in situational* performance art a unique platform in Zurich. (* situational = pertaining or referring to a specific situation)
stromereien 11 will take place from the 3rd to the 12th of August 2011 and will explore the River Limmat as an artery and a corridor through the city. The Limmat not only traverses and dissects different parts of the city – social, cultural, architectural, economical, historical and subjective realities of Zurich are formed and opened by the river.
The artists can choose their place / space / situation from the areas along the River Limmat or the adjacent districts. The submitted projects should be characterised by an open or restrained passion for exploring the city environment and the river. The performers should function as temporary bridge builders, using their artistic practice to expand the perception of the city’s realities, and should encourage and persuade the audience / passers by to think and to act.
A project for stromereien 11 can be visual, acoustic, movement-based, an installation, conception, participative etc. It must be a live event. The technical time and effort should be kept at a minimum, allowing the emphasis of presence and action.

MISSION & OBJECTIVE Columbia Gorge International Film Festival takes place in the pristine Pacific North West along the Columbia River, at the gateway of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. Founded as the Washougal International Film Festival we have grown and stretched ourselves along the Columbia River to incorporate more of our beautiful natural surroundings and community members. Our festival is shaped by the artists and film makers involved. We are growing organically thanks to the incredible involvement by our alumni and participating artists. We are an international event with a community focus, CGIFF is open to all film makers and artists working within the medium of film. CGIFF combines public screenings with small forums to engage in a dialogue of social issues and cultural exchange through the powerful language of film in all genres. CGIFF showcases a variety of local, national and international films, aiming to share a broad range of films representing current affairs and relevant topics that affect our communities. Encouraging student, independent and professional works for screening. We are here to share stories and the power and art of film. Access Space Artist Residencies Spring 2011

We have two 15 day artist residency periods at Access Space to take place from January to April 2011 and are inviting artists, composers, hackers, designers, engineers and creative technologists to apply.

Based in Sheffield city centre, Access Space is the UK’s longest running open access media lab. We use Open Source Software and recycled computers to develop creativity, community, skills and resourcefulness. We’re a place for skill sharing, artistic endeavour, creative expression and collective knowledge.
The Access Space arts programme is designed to promote themes of Openness, including (but not limited to) Open Source, participation, collaboration, open networks and the public realm.
The ideal resident will be willing to explore one or more of these themes and we are particularly interested in socially engaged projects or projects which seek to utilise public space in the city. However, we are always open to interesting ideas wherever they come from, including those exploring art’s edges and permeable boundaries.
Each residency period has a bursary of 1500 GBP.

Only short feature or animated films, which are not longer than 30 minutes and which are produced after 31st December 2008 are eligible for submission to the competitions. With regard to the special programmes, older productions in the animation, short feature, experimental and documentary genres up to 30 minutes long can be submitted, irrespective of the year in which they were produced. Rencontres des arts numériques, électroniques et médiatiques

Le projet En 2009, Oudeis initiait ses Rencontres des arts numériques, électroniques et médiatiques sous le titre “Piégés par la liberté”. Cette manifestation s’était déroulée durant une semaine en trois lieux différents : l’Espace Lucie Aubrac, le Château d’Assas et le P’tit Comptoir. Les vidéos, installations multimédia et l’Atelier d’Edition Ephémère conviaient le public à se confronter aux cadres de la liberté, vus par les artistes.
Oudeis lance à nouveau un appel à projet à l’attention d’artistes investis dans les arts numériques, qu’il s’agisse de vidéo, installation interactive, software art, netart, performance. La thématique donnée à cette occasion sera : “Art Fair(e)” et se déroulera sur une semaine, au début du mois de décembre 2010.
On peut tout imaginer du mot « foire », car la foire, c’est exactement cela, un grand fourre-tout, un amoncellement de marchandises, un bazar, du bruit, la foule, des animations, mais aussi la fête, les jeux et le relâchement. La foire, c’est populaire, c’est généreux et excessif, ça a le goût de l’exception et d’une brèche dans l’ordinaire. Dans les foires, on voit des démonstrations farfelues, des inventions et cela en fait un spectacle permanent. La foire est aussi l’occasion de montrer des savoir-faire, des pratiques méconnues voir extra-ordinaires. Le forain est l’acteur mais aussi son propre scénographe, il est l’instigateur de la magie dans laquelle il enrobe son public. Peut-être un peu charlatan, il offre comme promesse le rêve et l’éphémère, le futile et l’inutile. Une promesse qui ne dure que le temps d’une foire.
L’art a aussi ses grandes foires : la FIAC de Paris, Art Basel, Lille Art Fair, Art Brussels, etc. L’art en foire ? Pour les non-initiés, l’idée peut paraître bien étrange. Autant les foires à l’artisanat sont populaires, autant on peut se demander ce que vient chercher le visiteur ? Achèterait-on une œuvre au détour d’un stand à barbe-à-papa ?
Si l’on accepte l’idée qu’une foire, c’est du divertissement et de la consommation, quelle peut être alors la fonction d’une foire de l ’art ?
Ces foires permettent aux galeries de présenter leurs artistes-poulains et de dessiner les tendances de l’industrie artistique comme les salons mondials de l’automobile permettent aux futurs acquéreurs d’entrevoir leur futur investissement. Les foires de l’art ne sont pas des expositions ordinaires. Si le public s’y précipite, c’est pour la concentration des œuvres présentées, si les acheteurs s’y précipitent c’est pour la concentration du marché.
Art Fair(e), c’est une foire de l’art qui s’émancipe de la valeur marchande pour laisser place à l’émerveillement des jeux, arcades et autres innovations ludiques, mais surtout pas innocentes. Tout un art du détournement d’une industrie pas comme les autres. C’est aussi la mise en perspective d’un “art de faire” comme le définissait Michel de Certeau, une “invention du quotidien” où tout geste est sujet à réappropriation, une résistance permanente face à la normalisation et concentration des flux sociétaux, culturels, économiques ou politiques. Art Fair(e) délocalise la compétence artistique en admettant aussi les procédures de détournement, retournement, contradiction, résistance, perturbation, comme extensions entières du champ de l’art.
Art Fair(e) sera aussi un temps pour dissiper le flou qui règne autour de l’art. Ce sera un anti-brouillard, un antido(c)te et aussi peut-être un acte de magie qui cherchera à perméabiliser une frontière entre le public et l’art en tant que système. Car si la foire peut être une fête qui vend du rêve, la foire peut aussi être brutale, sale, grossière, frontale. Art Fair(e) sera donc l’occasion de dissiper le grand rêve éveillé de l’art, d’expliquer ses systèmes, et enfin d’évoquer la condition de l’artiste, ce forain dont l’œuvre n’est qu’un élément de sa propre scénographie.
Informations pratiques
L’appel à participation comprend la présentation publique de :
– pièces, installations multimédia, vidéos, net.art - articles ou conférences - l’animation d’ateliers (circuit-bending, jeux video)
Toute proposition sera étudiée et recevra une réponse après étude. Un budget de 500 euros maximum (défraiements inclus) peut être attribué à chaque artiste retenu. Ce montant est variable selon les besoins formulés et l’entente définie avec la structure.
